背包缝合术治疗难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血的效果观察

Effect observation of backpack suture in the treatment of intractable uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage

目的 观察子宫背包缝合术治疗难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果及安全性。方法 对2010年2月～2013年12月于本院出现难治性宫缩乏力性产后出血的36例患者采用子宫背包缝合术进行治疗，观察止血效果、术后并发症以及预后等情况。结果 36例患者均治疗有效，无一例出现感染、肠梗阻、子宫坏死出血等近远期并发症，恶露持续时间、子宫复旧及月经恢复情况均未见异常，5例再次妊娠。结论 子宫背包缝合术能有效治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血，其效果显著，无术后并发症，预后良好，该术式安全可靠，操作简单，易于掌握，可保留患者的生育功能，提高生活治疗，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of uterine backpack suture in the treatment of intractable uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Thirty-six patients who were diagnosed as intractable uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage from February 2010 to December 2013 were treated by uterine backpack suture in order to observe its hemostatic effect,postoperative complications,and prognosis.Results The surgeries were successful in all recruited patients.There were no short/long term complications such as infection,intestinal obstruction or necrosis and hemorrhage of the uterus,etc.Lochia duration,involution of uterus,and menstruation recovery were all normal,and 5 patients got pregnancy again.Conclusion The uterine backpack suture can effectively treat uterine inertia postpartum hemorrhage without postoperative complications.Its prognosis is satisfactory,and it is safe,reliable,simple to operate,easy to master,and can maintain reproductive function and improve quality of life,which is worthy of expansion in clinic.
