宫腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果分析

Effect analysis of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of submucous uterine myoma

目的 分析官腔镜手术治疗黏膜下子宫肌瘤的效果，以提高诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析本院近3年来收治的75例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者的临床表现、影像学及实验室检查、诊治及预后资料。结果 75例黏膜下子宫肌瘤患者官腔镜手术均顺利完成，术中无并发症发生，术后随访3～24个月，疗效满意，显效51例，占68％，有效24例。占32％，无复发病例。结论 做好术前诊断、完善术前准备工作、手术在腹部B超监测下严格按技术要求操作、预防和处理术后并发症是确保官腔镜手术治疗完全成功的关键。

Objective To analyze the effects of hysteroscopic surgery in the treatment of submucous uterine myoma in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical manifestations,image data,laboratory tests,data of diagnosis,treatment and prognosis in 75 patients with submucous uterine myoma admitted into our hospital in recent 3 years were retrospectively analyzed. Results Hysteroscopic surgeries for 75 patients with submucous uterine myoma were successful and there was no serious complication occurred during surgeries.After surgery,3 to 24 months follow up visits were implemented and the curative effects were satisfied.Excellent cases were 51 and effective cases were 24,accounting for 68% and 32% respectively.There was no recurred case. Conclusion The key points to ensure the complete success of hysteroscopic surgery are make a good preoperative diagnosis,perfect preoperative preparations,strictly follow technical requirements under surveillance of abdominal B ultrasound during surgery,prevent and tackle the postoperative complication.
