康复新液外用联合创面氧疗治疗放射性皮炎的效果观察

Effect observation of external application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis

目的探讨康复新液外用联合创面氧疗治疗放射性皮炎的效果。方法将52例2、3级急性放射性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规创面氧疗,观察组在氧疗的基础上给予康复新液外用,比较两组创面的愈合时间。结果观察组的2、3级创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液外用联合创面氧疗治疗放射性皮炎能明显缩短创面愈合时间。

Objective To explore the effects of external application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis. Methods 52 cases of patients with acute radiodermatitis（degree of 2 and 3） were randomly divided into control group and observation group,26 cases in each group.Conventional wound oxygen therapy was used in control group,on the basis of oxygen therapy,external application of Kangfuxin liquid was used in observation group.The wound healing time in the two groups was compared. Results 2,3-level wound healing time in observation group was shorter than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion External application of Kangfuxin liquid combined with wound oxygen therapy in the treatment of radioepidermitis can obviously shorten the healing time of wound.
