摘要
高校图书馆应融入科研,探索分析科研活动各环节中科研人员的信息需求和行为特征,了解现有知识服务作用于科研人员的实际情况,有针对性地创新和改善图书馆科研知识服务。本文采用个案访谈的质性研究方法,对科研人员的信息需求及其对高校图书馆现有知识服务的使用情况进行了分析,初步构建了高校图书馆知识服务体系架构,并就各模块提出了相应的服务对策。
Academic libraries should embed in research progress, learn about the real needs and behaviors of users, understand the validity of current knowledge services and so as to improve them. In this article, the characteristics of researcherg needs and their points of certain services have been analyzed after some deep interviews with about 13 researches. And an abstract model with certain suggestions of academic library knowledge service has been given.
