我国公共技术供给研究评述

A Review of the Research on Public technology Supply in China

由于创新主体在技术生成、使用过程面临着各种条件制约,公共技术的供给与使用辅助是降低创新成本和实现技术使用效率提高的重要举措。通过对有关文献成果的总结梳理,从公共技术的定义与作用、平台构建、供给路径、政策举措等多个方面对我国公共技术供给有关研究进行了评述,并对未来研究趋势提出了展望。

Because of innovation main body facing various constraints in the process of generate and use of technology,the supply and the use of auxiliary of public technology is important measures to reduce the innovation cost and improve the efficiency of the implementation technology.Based on the related literature summary,our country public technology supply literatures are reviewed from the definition and role of public technology platform,build, supply path,policy measures and so on,and put forward the outlook for corresponding research in the future.
