摘要
以国内61所高校近9年的相关数据:包括国外论文发表数、国际会议参加人数、国外受聘人数、国际合作人数、来自国外的文科经费数、国外进修人数、举办国际学术会议等,建立了7项指标评价体系,采用主成分分析法确定各指标权重,测算并分析这些高校的科技国际化的整体能力,证明了评价方法的科学性与合理性。
this paper constructs 7index model system including the International papers,international Conference participants,high level employee abroad,international cooperation participants,liberal arts funding from abroad,number of visiting scholar study abroad,international conferences hosting.The weight of each index has been determined using the principal components method.The 61domestic universities have been introduced in the evaluation of internationalization of technology ability per capita,and overall capacity analysis of the internationalization of science and technology of the 61universities has been conducted with the 7index model,showing that the methodology of the model is statistically scientific and reasonable.
