摘要
在人才资源管理实践中,首先要认识创新型人才主体特质及知识增值原理,然后要从团队建设、知识交流、人才培养等方面建立有利于创新性人才知识增值的促进机制,激发创新型人才创造出更多新思想、新思路、新方法,在不断提高工作效率和知识创新效率的过程中实现知识增值。
In the human resource management practice,we must first understand the main characteristics of innovative talents and knowledge value theory,and then from the team building,knowledge exchange,personnel training and other aspects of the establishment of a mechanism to promote the knowledge value-added creative talent,creative talents to create more new ideas,new ideas,new methods,to achieve knowledge in the process of value-added continuously improve work efficiency and the efficiency of knowledge innovation.
