摘要
以团队冲突作为中介变量,建立创业团队价值观异质性、团队冲突和团队凝聚力的关系模型,通过对176个样本的实证分析,探讨了创业团队价值观异质性对团队凝聚力的影响机制。结果表明,创业团队关系冲突在价值观异质性和团队凝聚力间发挥中介效应,对团队凝聚力有负向影响。价值观异质性并不一定会导致团队任务冲突,适当的任务冲突可以提高团队凝聚力。
This paper establishes the relationship model among entrepreneurial team's values heterogeneity, team conflict and team cohesion,using team conflict as an intermediary variable,and explores the interactive effects and influence mechanism through the empirical analysis of 176samples.The results show that the values heterogeneity has a significant effect on relationship conflict,and the entrepreneurial team's relationship conflict has a full mediating effect between values heterogeneity and team cohesion,which has a negative effect on team cohesion. Values heterogeneity does not necessarily lead to the team task conflict,and appropriate task conflict can improve team cohesion.
