摘要
为选拔工程车驾驶员提供理论依据,经过大量问卷调查和访谈等方法,拟定了工程车驾驶员特殊能力测评项目。通过对50名被试的具体施测,采用质心聚类法统计分析,结合与再测分析的拟合度检验。结果表明,海军工程车驾驶员特殊能力主要有四类。这种建构符合心理测量学要求,具有一定的实践意义。
To provide a theoretical basis for the selection of engineering vehicle driver ,drawing out the project evaluation of engineering vehicle driver special ability through a lot of questionnaires and interviews. The 50 subjects were measured by,analysis using centroid clustering,combined with the fitting degree of retest .The results show that naval engineering vehicle pilot project are of four main types. This construction meet the psychometric requirements,this has certain practical significance.
