摘要
文章介绍了1例因青春期认知偏误导致焦虑等心理问题的案例咨询过程。采用合理情绪疗法,经过4个阶段4次咨询,求助者真正认识到自己的情绪困扰,并非来自事件本身,而是对事件的不合理认知所致。咨询效果显著,焦虑问题基本得到解决。通过本案例的介绍,希望能号召更多人关注青少年群体、大力普及青春期教育,以帮助青少年顺利健康的度过青春期。
This study described the consulting process of anxiety caused by cognitive bias during puberty. By using the rational-emotive therapy with four stages and four times of consultation, the client really realized that his own emotional distress was not caused by event itself but by unreasonable cognition. The consuiting effect was remarkable, and the problem of anxiety was basically resolved. Through the introduction of this case, the authors hope to call on more people to pay attention to the youth groups and vigorously popularize adolescent education with the goal to help young people to grow up healthy.
