摘要
针对壁挂炉热效率测试的不易操作性,精确度低和稳定性差等问题,设计一套基于C++Builder的热效率测试系统。该系统以工控机为核心部件,采用研华PCI-1711L数据采集卡和传感器组件对影响热效率的各个参数进行测试并绘制其相应曲线,最后通过数据处理和误差分析,获得精确度较高的热效率。壁挂炉热效率测试系统具有准确度高、实时性强、效率高等优点,在实际运用中具备较高的实用性和性价比。
This paper is for wall-mounted boiler's thermal efficiency measurement system,and it resolves such problems as not easy test operation,poor and low accuracy and stability,which base on c++builder IPC.It introduces the principles of efficiency test,with the core of industrial control computer parts,using advantech PC1-17111 data acquisition cards and sensor components to test the effects of various parameters of the thermal efficiency and draw the curve,and finally by error analysis of data processing,to achieve the accuracy of high thermal efficiency.
