基于C8051F060的捣固车自动作业控制器设计

设计了以C8051F060单片机为核心,专用于铁路大型养路机械—捣固车的数据采集,作业量输出控制的硬件控制器。实现了捣固车前进距离定位,起道作业量和拨道作业量的输出,以及行车数据采集等工作,并留有RS232通信口实现与上位机的通信,可与上位机组成完整的捣固车自动作业控制系统。

This paper designs a controller based on C8051FO60,which used to realize auto control tamping machine work.It can locate tamping machine advance distance,and collect the railway parameter after tamping work,and output the tamping machine raising and lining values.Use RS232 communication port,the controller can communicate with upper computer.Cooperation with upper computer can compose the whole tamping machine automation control system.
