输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管上段结石中的临床应用 被引量:2

Clinical application of ureteral occlusion devices in treatment of upper ureteral calculi

摘要 目的研究输尿管管路封堵器在输尿管上段结石激光碎石术中临床应用的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析输尿管镜下应用管路封堵器配合双频双脉冲激光碎石术治疗126例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料。结果 117例患者成功粉碎结石,结石清除率为92.9%,其中7例结石漂移至肾盂,2例输尿管狭窄或扭曲无法进境至结石部位,所有患者均无输尿管穿孔或输尿管黏膜撕脱等并发症。结论输尿管管路封堵器是治疗输尿管上段结石的一种较为有效、安全的辅助工具,能显著减少输尿管镜碎石术中结石漂移,提高结石清除率。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of ureteral occlusion devices combined with frequency-doubled- double pulse laser under ureteroscopy in treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods The clinical data of 126 patients with upper ureteral calculi, who were treated by occlusion device combined with frequency-doubled-double pulse laser under ureteroscopy were retrospectively analyzed. Results The success rate of stone-free was 92.9% ( 117/126 ). The stone retrograded to renal pelvis in 7 cases and 2 cases were failed because of ureter distortion. All operations were successfully performed without obvious ureteral injury or serious bleeding. Conclusion Application of ureteraJ occlusion devices in treatment of upper ureteral calculi is more effective and safe. The occlusion device can prevent the migration and improve the stone-free rate.
