摘要
针对攀西地区大量含钛高炉渣废弃、污染环境的现状,克服炉底上涨快、容易形成泡沫渣和成品渣流动性差等技术难题,成功开发出实现含钛高炉渣循环再利用的高温碳化炉设备。较系统地介绍了本设备的技术背景、工艺原理、操作流程和经济、社会价值等。
To deal with the mass abandoned blast furnace slag with titanium which is polluting the environment at the area of Panzhihua and Xichang in Sichuan province, a type of high temperature carbonization electric furnace equipment was designed successfully overco- ming the difficulty problems of hearth rising quickly; forming foaming slag easily; product slag fluid difficulty, and so on. This thesis discuses the technique background, technics principle, operation flowing and the economy and society value of the equipment.
