摘要
针对高温焙烧炉耐火材料炉衬破损严重、使用寿命短的问题,,采用自然级配的氧化铝空心球和RH插入管刚玉钢纤维浇注料为原料,研制了1 500℃高温焙烧炉工作衬用新型耐火材料,通过实际应用,使用寿命大于3年,为同类高温焙烧炉工作衬耐火材料的改进提供了新途径。
Aim at the dilapidating and short cife problem of Lining in the calcining furnace, the new refractory for maximum temperature at 1 500℃ calcining furnace was manufactured using natural gradation of alumina hollow ball and corundum steel fiber reinforced castab- les of RH insert tube.The life of Lining is more than 3 years and still more.The new approach of lining reforming is offered for same furnace.
