摘要 针对电阻炉炉温控制质量差的问题,尝试了基于多容惯性标准传递函数的串联校正与状态反馈协调型控制器。仿真试验结果表明,与传统的PID控制器相比,新控制器在超调量、调整时间、扰动抑制和鲁棒性方面都有了明显改善。综合新控制器设计计算简单、实现容易和性能优越的特性,可得出新控制器有在电阻炉炉温控制中实际应用的潜力。 Aim at the problem of the poor quality of the control of the temperature of resistance furnace. The controller of cascade com- pensation and state-variable feedback harmony based on the standard form of multiple capacity process transfer function is attempted. The consequence of the simulation experiment has indicated that compared with the traditional PID controller, the new controller is obviously improved in the aspect of overshoot, setting time, restraining process disturbance and robustness. The characteristics of simple design and compute, easy realization and advantageous performance of the new controller should be considered comprehensively, and a conclusion can be drawn that the new controller has the potential of practical application in the control of the temperature of resistance furnace.
