茫崖县2011年人群麻疹抗体水平分析

The antibody levels of measles among population in Mang'ai County in 2011

目的了解茫崖县人群麻疹抗体水平，为消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法随机选定2个乡（镇），在每个乡（镇）各抽取0～岁、1～岁、3～岁、5～岁、7—14岁儿童各15名，每个乡（镇）75名，共计150名，采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）定量检测血清麻疹IgG抗体。结果人群麻疹IgG抗体总阳性率为91．33％（137／150），其中男性90．24％（74／82）、女性92．65％（63／68），男女差异无统计学意义（X^2=0．27，P=0．603）；几何平均浓度（Geometric Mean Concentration，GMC）1002．94；95％可信区间（729．53，1378．80）。结论2011年茫崖县14岁以下儿童麻疹抗体总阳性率低于95％，应开展强化免疫，提高儿童麻疹疫苗接种率。

Objective To understand the antibody levels of measles among population in Mang＇ai County, provide a scientific basis for the elimination of measles. Methods Randomly selected two townships （towns） , in each township （town）, extraction 0 years, 1- years, 3- years, 5- years, 7- 14 years-old children of 15, each township （town） 75, a total of 150, using enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） quantita- tive detection of serum IgG antibodies against measles. Results Crowd measles IgG antibody positive rate was 91.33% （137/150）, male： 90.24% （74/82）, female： 92.65% （63/68）, no significant differences between female and male, （X2 = 0.27, P = 0. 603） , geometric mean concentrations （GMC） 1002.94, 95% confidence interval （729.53, 1378.80） . Conclusions 2011 Manghi County children under 14 years of mea- sles antibody positive rate of less than 95 %, should establish the supplementary immunization, to improve the vaccination rate of children＇s measles.
