342例布鲁氏菌感染者检测资料分析

Detection data analysis of 342 Brucella infection cases

目的了解滨州市及周边地区布鲁氏菌病流行特征，探讨防治对策。方法对342例布鲁氏菌感染者检测资料进行分析。结果342例感染者，无棣县135例，沾化县86例，其余县区83例，周边省市38例；40～49岁和50—59年龄组发病最多分别占24．27％和27．19％；男女比例为2．64：1；有明确牛、羊接触史291例；初、复检间隔6个月较为合理。结论滨州市及周边布病疫情形势严峻，检测点设置不合理，缺少专业的诊疗机构。

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Binzhou city and the surrounding areas, to investigate the prevention and control measures. Methods Analyze detection data of 342 cases of Brucella infection. Results In 342 cases of infection, 135 cases in Wudi County, 86 cases in Zhan- hua county, 83 cases in other counties, 38 cases in peripheral provinces and cities; 40 - 49 and 50 - 59 of incidence age group most accounted for 24.27% and 27. 19% respectively; the ratio of men to women is 2.64 ： 1 ; 291 cases have confirmed cattle or sheep contact history; early recheck interval of 6 months is more reasonable. Conclusions Brucellosis epidemic situation is severe in Binzhou city and the surrounding brucellosis, detection point setting is unreasonable, and lack of specialized medical institutions.
