郧县2012年乡镇公共卫生站人力资源现况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of human resources status of township public health station in Yun County 2012

目的了解郧县乡镇卫生院公共卫生服务人力资源现况,为制定公共卫生策略提供依据。方法以2012年郧县辖区各乡镇卫生院从事公共卫生服务工作人员为基准进行人力资源调查和统计分析。结果全县乡镇公共卫生工作人员为126人,;医疗卫生专业人员占87.3%,非卫生专业人员占12.7%。结论郧县乡镇公共卫生服务人员有些不足,与当前繁重的公共卫生任务不相适应,人员素质有待进一步提高。

Objective To understand the human resources status of public health services in the county township of Yun county, in order to provide basis for the development of public health policy. Methods Take the public health service workers from the township hospitals of Yun county in 2012 as a benchmark, to conduct human resource surveys and statistical analysis. Results There are 126 public health workers in the whole county, public health service staff accounted for 87. 3% ; The non - health professionals accounted for 12. 7%. Conclusions Yun county township public health service staff have some deficiencies, do not match the onerous task of public health, personnel quality remains to be further improved.
