摘要
目的建立快速、简便的测定生活饮用水中铝含量的方法。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度仪及横向加热石墨管,在309.3nm波长及2700℃原子化文度下测定铝的吸光度值。结果在铝含量为0.005~0.02mg/L的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=0.04329X+0.009138,相关系数为r=0.9999。结论石墨炉原子吸收光谱法操作简便、结果稳定、重现性好,可用于测定生活饮用水中铝的含量。
Objective To establish a rapid , simple method for the determination of aluminum in living and drinking water. Methods Use graphite furnace atomic absorption speetrophotometry and coating graphite tube, determine absorbency value of aluminum in 309. 3 nrn wavelength and 2 700℃measurement. Results In aluminmn content is 0. 005 - 0.02 mg/L of concentration range, there is a good linear relationship, the regression equation is: Y =0. 04329 X +0. 009138, correlation coefficient is r =0.9 999. Conclusions This method is simple, result is stable, reproducibility is good, can be used for determination of aluminum content in living and drinking water.
