Study on Financial Innovations in China (Shanghai) Free Trade Zone

随着央行《意见》的出台,上海自贸区已成为中国金融改革开放的试验田。上海自贸区在金融领域的制度创新主要集中在人民币资本项目可兑换、利率市场化、人民币跨境使用、外汇管理体制改革以及监管转型等方面。上海自贸区的金融改革意义重大,对上海国际金融中心的建设、中国金融机构的发展以及人民币的国际化都具有非常积极的影响。

As the approval of the policy, Shanghai Free Trade Zone （FFZ） has been the pilot of China＇s financial reform and opening. Financial innovations in Shanghai FFZ are mainly convertibility of RMB capital account, interest rate liberalization, cross-border use of the yuan, reform of foreign exchange management and transaction of regulation. The financial reforms in Shanghai FFZ are of great significance, which plays positive influences on the construction of Shanghai international financial center, the development of financial institutions and the internationalization of the RMB.
