外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞17,白细胞介素-10与哮喘预测指数阳性患儿喘息的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨外周血辅助性T淋巴细胞17(Th-17),白细胞介素-10(IL-10)与哮喘预测指数(API)阳性患儿喘息的相关性。方法:将62例喘息性儿童分为API阳性组(n=30)、API阴性组(n=32)和正常对照组(n=35),使用流式细胞术及ELISA法测定Th-17百分数及血清IL-10浓度。结果:API阳性组及API阴性组Th-17百分数均低于正常对照组。且API阳性组的Th-17百分数也低于API阴性组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);API阳性组血清IL-10浓度明显高于正常儿童组(P<0.05),API阳性组血清IL-10浓度高于API阴性组,API阴性组血清IL-10也高于正常儿童组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:IL-10与API阳性患儿喘息有相关性,Th-17百分数与API阳性患儿喘息不相关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of Th-17 cell (Th-17),interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the peripheral blood with asthma predicting index (API)positive infantile wheezing. Methods: 97 patients with infantile wheezing were divided into API positive group(n=30), API negative group(n=32) and normal control group(n=35). We performed flow cytometric analyze the accumulation of percentage of Th-17 cell and performed ELISA analyze the accumulation of Serum concentration of IL-10. Results: Th-17 percentage in both the API positive group and the API negative group were lower than that normal control group , and Th-17 percentage in API positive group was lower than that in API negative group, there was no significantly difference among the three groups(P 〉 0.05). The serum IL-10 concentration in API positive group was higher than that in the API negative group , There was no significantly difference between the two groups (P 〉 0.05). The serum IL-10 concentration in API positive group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P 〈 0.05). The serum IL-10 concentration in the API negative group was higher than that in the API negative group, but there was no significantly difference between the two groups (P 〉0.05). Conclusion:The serum IL-10 concentration is related to API positive infantile wheezing. Th-17 percentage is not associated with API positive infantile wheezing.
