21世纪的图书馆建设要求馆员具备积极的心态。阐述了馆员具备积极心态的重要性与必要性,从自信心、自我认识、终身学习、领导激励等方面,提出了培养馆员积极心态的路径。
The construction of the library in 21st century requires librarians have a positive mental attitude. This paper expounds the importance and necessity of the positive mental attitude, and from aspects of self-confidence, self-cognition, lifetime study, and leader＇s excitation, etc., puts forward some paths for the cultivation of librarians ＇positive mental attitude.
