Analysis on the Development Situation of Virtual Reference Website in China

随着互联网技术的进一步成熟,特别是电子商务的蓬勃发展,虚拟咨询网站应运而生。通过对我国现有虚拟咨询网站经营模式及业务流程的分析,概述了这一新兴咨询模式运行过程中存在的问题,并就其中影响发展的关键制约因素提出解决对策。

Along with the further mature of Internet technology, especially the vigorous development of electronic commerce, the virtual reference website emerges at the right moment. Through analyzing the business model and business process of existing virtual reference websites in China, this paper expounds some problems existing in the operation of this newly emerging consulting mode, and puts forward some solutions for solving the key restraining factors influencing the development of virtual reference website.
