Along with the rapid development of today's society, culture, economy and network meala, peop.c demand for information services is developing to the comprehensive, integrated, open, digital and intelligent direction. Facing such a new development situation, the librarians should keep pace with the times, constantly update management and service concept, and vigorously strengthen their own professional qualities and professional skills for becoming the managers, organizers and communicators of books and materials and ability cultivators and skill educators of the readers, and thus better meeting the various needs of today' s users.
