Based on introducing the living conditions of sci-tech journals of colleges and universities in China, this paper expounds the significance and main features of the intensified publication of journals of colleges and universities, and probes into the patterns of the intensified publication of journals of colleges and universities for providing some ideas for the intensified publication of journals of non-profit second-class colleges and universities.
