从数据库收录内容、元数据著录、平台功能、评价及后续发展展望等方面,比较分析了目前市场上几个有影响力的新中国成立前老报纸数据库的优缺点,以期对近代报纸资源做一个梳理,从而让读者更高效地利用近代报纸数字资源,也为老报纸数据库的发展提供策略。

This paper compares and analyzes the merits and demerits of several influential databases of the old newspapers published before the founding of new China from aspects of collected contents, metadata description, platform function, evaluation, and subsequent development, etc.in order to sort out newspaper resources of modern China, make the readers effectively use the digital resources of old newspapers, and also provide the strategies for the development of the databases of old newspapers.
