摘要 针对某低燃温燃气发生器点火难的问题,通过分析影响点火性能的几个重要因素,以及低燃温燃气发生器的点火试验,确定了合理的点火组件及传火药柱结构,从而保证点火燃气在药柱表面有足够的滞留时间,以进行足够的对流冲击换热,提高低燃温燃气发生器的点火可靠性。 For the ditticult ignition of the gas generator with low combustion temperature, the several important factors influencing the ignition performance were analyzed. And through the ignition test for gas generator, the reasonable ignition element and ignition grain were designed, which ensure the residence time for the burning gas and sufficient heat shock for the burning gas and the grain surface. Thereby the ignition reliability of the low combustion temperature gas generator was improved.
