摘要
基于Tapio脱钩模型,通过计算陕西省1995—2011年五大类产业CO2排放量与产业发展脱钩指标,研究了陕西省产业发展与碳排放的脱钩关系,结果表明,陕西省第一产业、第二产业的碳排放脱钩状态不容乐观,而第三产业发展与碳排放关系整体上比较理想,属于低碳排放产业。因此,必须探索陕西省低碳农业发展模式,推动工业绿色转型,大力推进绿色建筑产业发展,并积极发展高新技术产业和现代服务业,促进陕西省低碳经济顺利转型。
Based on the Tapio decoupling model, the paper examines the relationship between industry development and carbon emission by calculating five representative industries carbon emission and Tapio decoupling index in Shaanxi Province during 1995 to 2011. The results show that the carbon reduction effects of the first and the second industry are not ideal, but the decoupling state of the third industry is good overall. Therefore, the Shaanxi Province Government should explore the development model of low-carbon ag-riculture, promote industrial green transformation, vigorously promote the development of green building industry and actively develop high-tech industries and modern services to make the transition of law-carbon economy smooth in Shaanxi Province.
