物流业技术效率及影响因素实证研究

Empirical Research on Technical Efficiency and Influencing Factors of Logistics Industry

我国上市物流企业总体技术效率存在两极分化现象,股权集中程度和董事会独立性对企业技术效率有正向影响,而企业年龄和第一大股东性质对企业技术效率无显著影响。目前我国物流企业实际规模与最优生产规模还存在差距,影响了物流业的整体效率,因此应改善规模效率较低的物流企业经营规模,上市物流企业应提高股份集中度和董事会中独立董事比例,以提高物流业综合效率。

The overall technical efficiency of China’s listed logistic companies has been polarized; the equity concentration and board independence have a positive impact on relationship with the technical efficiency of logistics companies, but the enterprise age and the properties of first big shareholder have no significant influence on the enterprise technical efficiency. At present, there is the gap between the real scale of China’s logistic companies and their optimized production scale, which will in turn have some impact on the overall efficiency of the logistic industry. So we should increase the scale of logistic companies with lower scale efficiency; and the listed logistic companies should increase their equity concentration and the proportion of independent director in the board of directors to increase the overall efficiency of logistic industry.
