不确定环境下对外贸易可持续发展评价体系构建

Evaluation System of Sustainable Development of Foreign Trade Under the uncertain Environment

本文主要在不确定环境下构建了一套基于模糊语言评价标度的多人参与评价的对外贸易可持续发展评价体系。文章首先通过文献调查法和因子分析法构建了一套科学的对外贸易可持续发展评价指标体系,接着根据评价过程中存在的不确定性和复杂性,提出了便于表达的模糊语言标度作为评价标度,最后基于模糊评价环境提出了多人参与评价的对外贸易可持续发展评价方法。

This paper includes a set of people to participate in the evaluation based on fuzzy linguistic assessment scale of foreign trade sustainable development evaluation system. This paper uses the literature survey method and factor analysis method to construct a set of scientific foreign trade sustainable development evaluation index system, then according to the complexity and uncertainty existing in the evaluation process proposes the fuzzy linguistic scale as the evaluation scale, based on the fuzzy evaluation environment.
