A System-of-Dynamic Model of Intergroup Emotional Transmission

摘要 选取某高校20个教学班级共计614人为被试,采用心理学实证与系统动力学(system of dynamic)与社会网络(social network)建模相结合的研究方法,对群体情绪传播的动力学规律进行了建模,并将模型仿真结果与心理实验结果进行了比对。结果表明,所建立的模型能够较好地刻画出群体情绪传播的动力学规律,具有较高的生态效度。该模型的建立对群体性事件的定量预警与监控提供了基础理论依据。 With economic developments and the acceleration of social transformation, social contradictions become increasingly promi- nent. Mass -Emergency (ME) is in the spotlight. A number of previous studies focused on ME's size, information transmission feed- back, and also its generation mechanism. Few studies focused on emotions. Even so, how emotions transmit and turn into intergroup e- motion has never been studied. ME is externalization of intergroup emotions, and the spreading of intergroup emotions is the power source of ME. Thus, examining the mechanism of the intergroup emotional transmission and building a model that describes it will be significant for dealing with and forecasting ME. Based on the system dynamic and emotional theories, this study modeled dynamic mech- anism of intergroup emotion - transmission, and named it as " intergroup emotion - transmission model" (INET). It described the mechanism of intergroup emotion - transmission which had three kinds of persons during the transmission : the spreaders, the ignorant and the stiflers. This model inherited merits and took fully the disadvantages of former models into account. Using computer simulations and psychological experiments, this study tested basic hypotheses and ecological validity of INET. The experiment was conducted in a computer lab, 614 participants were recruited from 20 classes of colleage students. Three par- ticipants of each class were randomly selected, MP3 material which was used to trigger emotins was presented to the three participants. After the presentation, they chose to transmit the MP3 to other participants or not, and then reported their choices back to experimenter. The experimenter recorded the proportion of the number of the three kinds of persons mentioned above every 80 seconds and three line charts were drawn to which the simulation results were compared and the error between experiment and simulation data were calculated. Results showed that social sharing and the second sharing of emotion, emotional contagion, degrees of intimacy and trust between group members were three significant factors. They can describe the system of dynamic mechanism of the spreaders, the ignorant and the stiflers properly: the proportions of the spreaders increases and then decreases; the proportion of the stiflers increases with a slowing down speed; the proportion of the ignorant decreases. The results of this study provided scientific foundations for both dealing with and forecasting ME.
