摘要 以80后为主的新生代员工已逐渐成长为各个企业的主力军,其职业能力和技术水平是企业提高核心竞争力的重要资源。论文在幸福指数指标体系构建原则的指导下,分析新生代员工幸福指数的影响因素,选择WX企业新生代员工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS软件进行统计分析,构建了3个一级指标,7个二级指标,19个三级指标的幸福指数评价体系,在实证结果分析的基础上,提出提升新生代员工幸福指数的对策,为企业新生代员工的管理和发展提供借鉴。 The Post - 80s - based new generation staff have gradually grown into the main force of various enterprises, and their professional competence and skills have become important resources to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. Under the guidance of the construction principle of the Happiness Index System, factors affecting the happiness index of the new generation employees are analyzed. Then, based on the survey and statistical analysis of the new generation employees of the WX Company by using questionnaire and SPSS, the paper builds three first - level indicators, seven second - level indicators, nineteen third - level indicators of happiness index evaluation system. Finally, measures to enhance the happiness index of new generation em- ployees are proposed to provide reference for the management and development of the new generation staff for companies.
