延安时期中国共产党对农民思想政治教育工作的探索及现实价值

积极开展思想政治教育工作历来是我们党的政治优势和优良传统。延安时期中国共产党的思想政治教育趋于成熟,特别是对农民的思想政治教育开展得卓有成效,在教育主线、教育内容、教育方式、典型教育等方面形成了一套较为完善的理论体系,并在理论的指导下开展了丰富多彩的思想政治教育实践活动。当前做好党的农民思想政治教育工作应借鉴延安时期的基本经验,坚持物质利益原则,不断丰富农民思想政治教育内容,勇于创新农民思想政治教育方法,充分发挥基层党员干部以身作则、言传身教的优良传统。

Active implementation of the work of ideological and political education has always been a political advantage and fine tradition of the Communist Party of China. The party＇ s ideological and political education tended to be mature in the Yanan times, and especially very fruitful in farmers＇ education. Then, a set of comparatively perfect theory system had been formed in education guideline, content, method and typical education, under the guidance of which rich and colorful education practice carried out. In current ideological and political education of farmers, the party should learn from his experience of the Yanan pe- riod. That is, we should adhere to the principle of material interests, constantly enrich the education content, innovate the edu- cation method, and finally give full play to the fine tradition of grass - root party members and carders teaching by precept and example.
