The latest judicial opinion offers useful research in confirming rape, forcible indecency, and insult ＂in public＂ in- volved in cases concerning minors, and gives helpful thought for general application of these crimes in all cases. To confirm a crime was committed ＂in public＂, first of all, the place is required to be unspecified or used by the majority. Future more, if the majority was there when the crime happened, then the crime is presumed to have the possibility to be found, and should be de- cided as ＂in public. ＂ When similar cases happen in internet space in the information age, we should analyze them specifically and admit the possibility of forcible indecency ＂in public＂ happening in internet space.
