摘要
从文化与人的关系来看,执行文化对执行力的作用机理主要体现为:以执行者为载体发生作用,以执行主体对执行文化的内化为前提,以文化对人的态度和行为的影响为内容。相应地,执行力建设必须以执行人员为主轴,从重视执行的意识、强化服务的动机、克服困难的勇气、爱岗敬业的精神、认真负责的态度、主动工作的习惯、注重结果的导向、效率效益的追求、精益求精的境界、团结合作的氛围、创新求变的思维、和谐善治的能力等方面培育和塑造执行理念文化。
From the perspective of the relationship between culture and people, the action mechanism of executive cul-ture on execution power mainly embodied in the internalization of executive subject, with the executor as its carrier to play a role on executive culture which is its premise, with the influence of culture on human attitude and behavior as its content. Accordingly, the execution construction must have executors as its main shaft to foster and shape the executive concept culture from the aspects of attaching importance to the consciousness of executing, strengthening the service motivation, the dedicative spirit, and the serious and responsible altitude,and encouraging executors to overcome difficulties such as the habits of initiative work and so on. It 's also stressed on the direction of seeking results, the pursuit of efficiency and effectiveness, the realm of excellence,the atmosphere of unity and cooperation, the innovation thinking, and the ability of good governance in harmony etc..
