摘要
以技术创新为内核的专利日益成为企业在市场竞争中占据一席之地并进而形成核心竞争优势的关键性战略资源。如何对企业专利进行卓有成效的管理,使专利工作深度融入企业的机体和血液、与企业整体发展战略形成有机协同并成为其有机组成,促进企业技术创新成果转化为企业的核心竞争力等诸多专利管理问题越来越为企业管理者关注。据此,通过引入质量管理循环的过程方法("PDCA"),对企业专利管理的主要内容进行全面阐述,旨在为企业专利管理工作者提供借鉴和参考。
By taking technological innovation as kernel, patent is increasingly becoming the key strategic resource to possess core competitive advantages for enterprises. Enterprise managers attach more and more importance to patent management problems, such as how to manage enterprise patent effectively, how to make patent deeply immerse into enterprise, how to make patent become an organic part of enterprise's overall development strategy, how to promote enterprise's technological innovation to become its core competitiveness, etc.. Therefore, the paper brings in PDCA and focuses on scientific construction of enterprise patent management, as well as giving comprehensive description of enterprise patent management system,which aims at providing references for enterprise patent managers.
