摘要
目的通过用药频度（DDDs）和销售金额的变化，了解临床抗哮喘药特点与趋势。方法对我院2011～2013年抗哮喘药的DDDs等数据进行回顾性的统计与分析。结果3年来，抗哮喘药不管是DDDs，还是销售总体均呈逐年上升趋势，各类抗哮喘药增幅有所差异，增幅最大的是白三烯（LTs）受体拮抗剂孟鲁司特。结论我院抗哮喘药临床应用日渐合理，但疗效迅速、经济实惠、使用方便的药物是哮喘患者的主要选择。
Objective By the amount of DDDs and medication changes, to understand clinical anti - asthma drug characteristics and tendencies. Methods Cary out statistical analysis of some anti - asthma drugs DDDs data of our hospital from 2011 to 2013 retrospectively. Results 3 years, anti - asthma drug regardless DDDs, or sales overall showed an increasing trend. Increase in variant kinds of anti asthmatic drugs has differences, the largest is increase of leukotriene （LTs） receptor antagonist montelukast. Conclusion Anti - asthma drugs clinical applications is increasing reasonably in our hospital, but the medication effects rapidly, affordable and easy to use is the main choice of patients with asthma.
