摘要
旅游企业应当把员工视为重要资源,在管理中重视无形的情感价值与个人成长的重要性,运用内在激励手段调动员工的积极性,以此提高企业核心竞争力。
Tourism industries should regard their employees as the most important resources and lay due emphasis on intangible emotion value and individual improvement. They should mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to improve the competition of the industry.
