摘要
从我国体育院校人才培养以及职业技能鉴定的现状看,还存在一些不足。随着国际化发展速度的不断加快,体育人才也是一个国家人才战略的一个重要部分。为了适应国际化人才市场的需要,开展人才培养和职业技能鉴定创新,提高体育人才职业技能水平,本文将作出研究。
As for the present situation of occupation skill appraisal and cultivation of sports talents, there are still some problems. With the accelerating pace of internationalization development, sports talent is also an important part of national talent strategy. In order to meet the needs of the international talent market, we should carry out personnel training and occupation skill appraisal innovation, and improve sports talent occupation skill level. This paper makes a research in this field.
