摘要
加强高校校警队伍建设,就要在建立健全科学、规范、高效的队伍管理机制的基础上,不断提高思想认识,强化队伍的层级管理,以人为本,重视校警的个体差异性,法令至行,特勤化队伍管理,积极促进队伍管理的创新发展。要大力培养队员的主动参与意识,坚持公平正义,提高队员的从业责任感、使命感,使队员不只把校警工作当作谋生的饭碗,而是自觉地将工作责任意识融入到职业行为之中。只有建立一支政治坚定、作风过硬、业务精良的高素质的校警队伍,才能为学校的正常教学及生活秩序提供安全保障。
Enforcing the construction of guarding team in colleges, school administration should improve their ideology, enforce the management of different levels, emphasize the individual difference of team members, and improve the innovative development of management. In cultivating the active sense of participation, the admin- istration should insists on fair and justice, improve the responsibility of team members, and make them regard their job as dedicated career but not a way of making a living. Only by constructing a high quality guarding team can a college provide safety for the normal teaching and living of the college.
