岩滩水电站扩建工程定子下线工艺

摘要 岩滩水电站扩建工程定子机座分六瓣到货,在安装间组装、叠片后进行定子线棒嵌装、槽楔装配、接头焊接、线棒端部绑扎、端箍安装绑扎、汇流环安装与焊接、绝缘盒安装。吊入机坑后进行定子喷漆及整体耐压等定子下线的全部工作。岩滩水电站扩建工程定子下线施工工艺复杂、难度大,施工中通过不断摸索和改进下线施工工艺,圆满完成首台机组下线施工,机组投入商业运行后,运行状况良好,证明定子下线工艺在技术上是可行的。 The stator frame of Extension Project of Yantan Hydropower Station was delivered in six pieces, which was carried out with stator bars setting-in, joint welding, bar end binding, end hoop installation and binding, slip ring in- stallation and welding, insulation box installation after the stator frame pieces are assembled and stacked in installa- tion room. The stator winding installation technology of the Extension Project of Yantan Hydropower Station is very complicated and difficult; however, the stator winding installation of the first unit was successfully completed through continuous exploration and improvement. The unit runs in good condition after put into commercial operation, which proved that the stator winding installation technology is technical feasible.
