摘要 岩滩水电站地下厂房空调除湿机组PLC控制程序实现可变送风露点温度的实时计算和任意环境条件下最佳运行方式自动选择,并对制冷系统进行了改进以保证机组在全年各种极端工况下能稳定高效运行。空调除湿机组的PLC控制器除承担本体的自动控制外,还同时远控全厂的主送风机、主排风机,从而实现整个水电站地下厂房通风空调系统的智能化控制。 The PLC control program of ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) unit in underground powerhouse of Yantan Hydropower Station can realize the real-time calculation for variable dew point of air supply and auto-select- ing the best running mode at any environment condition. Besides, the refrigeration system has been improved to en- sure the stable and efficient operation of unit at any extreme condition in a whole year. The PLC controller can not on- ly automatically control the HVAC unit itself, but also remotely control the main supply fan and the main exhaust fan of the whole powerhouse, so as to realize intelligent control of HVAC system for the underground powerhouse of the whole hydropower station.
