职业训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷改善的影响分析

Effect of occupational training on improvement of social function defect for patients with schizophrenia

目的:探讨和研究职业训练对精神分裂症患者社会功能缺陷改善的影响。方法:将100例精神分裂症患者,根据入院编号进行随机分组,对照组患者50例给予常规护理措施,观察组患者50例则在对照组基础上进行职业训练,治疗前及治疗后对两组患者采用康复状态量表(MRSS)及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)进行测评,对改善情况进行对比。结果:两组患者治疗前的MRSS及SDSS评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组MRSS评分无显著差异(P>0.05),但SDSS评分结果显示观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:职业技能训练能够有效的改善精神分裂症患者的社交能力,提高患者的社会适应性,加速其康复过程,更快、更好的回归社会。

ObjectiveTo explore and study effects of occupational training on improvement of social function defect for patientswith schizophrenia. Methods：100 cases from Jan. 2011 to Jan. 2013 and admitted to our hospital for schizophrenia were selected andrandomly divided into control group （50 cases） and observation group （50 cases） according to the admission number. The cases incontrol group were given the conventional nursing, while those in observation group received the occupation training on the basis of theconventional nursing. Before and after the treatment, the two groups were assessed with morningside rehabilitation status scale （MRSS）and social disability screening schedule （SDSS）, and the improvement was compared. Results： Before the treatment, there were nosignificant differences between the two groups in MRSS and SDSS score （P〉0. 05）. After the treatment, the MRSS scores of the twogroups had no significant difference （P〉0. 05）, however, the SDSS score of observation group was significantly better than the controlgroup, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： The occupational training can effectively improve thesocial abilities for the schizophrenic patients, improve their social adaptability, avoid long time social isolation caused by social functiondefect, accelerate the recovery process, and make them to return to the society faster and better.
