探讨老年痴呆症治疗中实施整体护理措施的临床观察

Clinical effect observation of overall nursing measures in treatment of Alzheimer's disease

目的:探讨老年痴呆症治疗中实施整体护理措施的临床作用观察。方法:选取2012年2月-2013年2月期间接受诊治的老年痴呆症患者42例作为观察组,选择2011年1月-2012年1月期间接受诊治的老年痴呆症患者42例作为对照组。对照组患者实施常规的护理措施;观察组患者实施整体护理措施。采用日常生活能力量表(activities of daily living,ADL)对两组患者进行评分。结果:观察组患者ADL评分(23.85+2.26)高于对照组(16.93±2.18),比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总满意率(97.62%)优于对照组(85.71%),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对老年痴呆症患者治疗中实施整体护理措施后,患者的日常生活能力明显改善,且对护理满意度较高,具有重要的临床意义。

ObjectiveTo observe clinical effect of overall nursing measures in treatment of Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods：42cases with Alzheimer＇s disease from February 2012 to February 2013 were selected as observation group, while 42 cases with Alzheimer＇s disease from January 2011 to January 2012 were chosen as control group. The cases in control group were given the conventionalnursing measures, whereas those in observation group accepted the overall nursing measures. They were assessed by activity of dailyliving scale （ALD）. Results： The ADL score of observation group （23. 85依2. 26） was significantly higher than that of control group（16. 93依2. 18）, and there was a significant difference （P〈0. 05）. The total satisfaction rate of observation group （97. 62%） was sig-nificantly better than that of control group （85. 71%）, and there was the significant difference （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： After the im-plementation of the overall nursing measures for the patients with Alzheimer＇s disease, their quality of life is significantly improved andsatisfaction rate of nursing is higher. Therefore, it has an important clinical significance.
