摘要
[目的]探讨授权教育对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人自我管理水平的影响。[方法]将58例COPD病人随机分为对照组和观察组各29例,对照组给予常规出院宣教,观察组实施授权教育,分别在干预前、干预后12周采用自我管理量表评估两组病人的自我管理水平,采用授权量表评估病人授权能力,采用圣·乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评估病人的生活质量。[结果]干预前两组病人自我管理水平、授权能力、生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后12周观察组自我管理水平、授权能力、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]以病人为中心的授权教育可提高COPD病人自我管理水平、改善其生活质量。
Objective:To probe into the influence of empowerment education on self management level of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods:A total of 58cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,29cases in each.Patients in control group were given conventional discharge mission,and patients in observation group were given empowerment education.The patients in both groups were evaluated by using self-management table respectively before and after intervention for 12weeks.The empowerment ability of the patients were evaluated by using the empowerment table,and St George 's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)was used to assess the patient's quality of life.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in self-management level,empowerment ability and quality of life score between both groups before intervention(P>0. 05);at 12weeks after intervention the self-management level,empowerment ability and quality of life scores of observation group were better than that of patients in control groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The patient-centered empowerment education can enhance the self management level of the COPD patients and improve their quality of life.
