摘要
日本产业集群规划以文化教育省和经济产业省为主导,以需求为导向,分阶段应对日本不同时期的经济发展和国土开发目标。回顾日本产业集群规划的发展阶段和相关特征,以"东京-大阪"东海道产业集群为例,简析日本核心区域产业集群规划的特征与作用。针对我国目前的产业发展现状,为应对产业规划亟需与其他规划相统筹的客观需求,进行产业集群规划层面的研究与借鉴具备紧迫性和必要性。
Japan industrial cluster planning conforms to demand that solve specific development problem in different phase and effectively improve the condition of industrial and land development. On the base of Japan land plan-ning review, the paper backtracks the general development condition of Japan industrial cluster planning. “Tokyo-Osaka”Tokkaido Industrial Cluster as ex-ample, the paper analyses the forming process. Aimed at the current industrial development in China, faced at the demand that land planning, city planning and industrial planning requires corporation, industrial cluster planning co-operated with other policy and plan is in emergency and necessity.
