淋巴管密度和基质金属蛋白酶表达在结直肠癌中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨结直肠癌中D2-40标记淋巴管密度(lymphatic microvessel density,LVD)和基质金属蛋白酶-1(matrix metalloproteinase-1,MMP-1)表达与肿瘤病理参数的关系,以及二者之间的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学链霉亲和素-生物素技术检测76例结直肠癌患者癌组织和癌旁正常组织中D2-40标记LVD和MMP-1表达,分析其与肿瘤临床病理参数的关系,并行结直肠癌组织MMP-1积分与D2-40标记LVD的Pearson相关性分析。结果:结直肠癌组织中D2-40标记LVD显著高于癌旁正常组织。LVD与肿瘤的浸润深度、大小、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期相关;结直肠癌组织中MMP-1阳性表达率较癌旁正常组织显著增高。MMP-1表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期密切相关。Pearson相关分析表明,结直肠癌组织中MMP-1积分与D2-40标记LVD具有显著正相关性。结论:D2-40标记LVD和MMP-1表达可作为结直肠癌患者判断预后的指标。 Objective:To determine the clinical significances of lymPhatic microvessel density(LVD)and matrix metalloProteinase - 1(MMP - 1)in colorectal carcinoma and the correlation between the two indicators. Methods:The LVD stained by D2 - 40 and MMP - 1 exPression in cancerous tissue and normal tissue surrounding carcinoma of 76 Patients with colorectal carcinoma were measured using strePtavidin - biotin technology and the relevances of the both indicators to clinical manifestations were evaluated. Moreover,the correlation between LVD stained by D2 - 40 and MMP - 1 exPression was Performed by Pearson analysis. Results:The LVD stained by D2 - 40 in cancerous tissue was significantly higher than that of normal tissue surrounding carcinoma. The LVD was closely related to dePth of in-vasion,tumor size,lymPh node metastasis and Dukes classification. The Positive incidence of MMP - 1 exPression in cancerous tissue was significantly higher than that of normal tissue surrounding carcinoma. The integral for MMP - 1 exPression was closely related to dePth of invasion,lymPh node metastasis and Dukes classification. The Pearson corre-lation analysis indicated that the integral for MMP - 1 exPression was significantly Positively correlated with LVD stained by D2 - 40. Coclusion:The D2 - 40 LVD and MMP - 1 exPression can be used as one of the imPortant Prog-nostic Parameters for colorectal cancer Patients.
