超声分子影像在乳腺癌诊疗中的研究进展 被引量:5

Advances of ultrasound molecular imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer

摘要 肿瘤超声分子成像及治疗是近年来超声研究领域的热点之一,通过构筑靶向微泡,实现病变区域的特异性分子显像,同时超声介导的生物学效应促进药物在肿瘤组织内释放或实现有效靶向基因转染,从而提高肿瘤疗效.乳腺癌是危害女性健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一,虽然乳腺癌的诊断及治疗已取得很大进展,但仍然存在诸多待解决的问题.随着分子生物技术的迅速发展及对乳腺癌生物学行为认识的不断深入,超声分子影像技术有望成为一种更安全有效的乳腺癌诊疗手段,提高疾病检出率和治疗靶向性.现就超声分子影像学在乳腺癌成像及治疗方面的研究进展进行综述.
