压铸工艺对AT72镁合金力学性能的影响

摘要 以AT72镁合金为研究对象,设计了压铸工艺。通过密度测定、力学性能测试,研究了压铸工艺对AT72镁合金力学性能的影响。所讨论的压铸工艺包括:常规压铸、真空压铸、普通钢质冲头、密封铜质冲头、慢压射速度、快压射增压压力、压室停留时间以及慢压射阶段降速排气。结果表明,选取合适的慢压射速度、快压射增压压力、压室停留时间,以及有效的慢压射阶段降速排气设计可以进一步提高压铸试样的力学性能。不同压铸工艺试样的密度越大,抗拉强度越高。 Die casting experiments were conducted to understand influence of processing parameters on mechanical properties of AT72 magnesium alloy by means of density measurement and mechanical prop- erties testing. Processing parameters were investigated including conventional die casting, vacuum die casting, normal steel plunger, sealing copper plunger, slow shot speed, fast boost pressure, resident time in the die chamber and exhausting design of slow shot stage. The results show that the mechanical properties of AT72 magnesinam can be further improved by selecting the appropriate slow shot speed, fast boost pressure, resident time in the die chamber and using the effective exhausting design of slow shot stage. Density and tensile strength of the samples have a corresponding relationship. The higher the density of the samples are, the higher the tensile strength is.
